This is the Android version of the classic, free and open source roguelike game, Angband (Angdroid). You have to go into the depths of a colossal dungeon, and find and destroy the Lord of Darkness, Morgoth.
The game is based on the books by J.R.R. Tolkien, as a sequel to the game Moria, which was one of the precursors of the roguelike genre, together with another game called Rogue. It mainly expands the storyline, adds enemies and items, and creates a more solid gaming experience.
In Angband (Angdroid) you create and customize your own character in detail. In fact there are so many details that the process can be a little complex and take a while to finish. In contrast to other games, such as Nethack, you can choose from more than a dozen different races, and between many different classes as well.
This Android version is a little rough, mainly because of the controls, which are entirely based on the Android keyboard, which isn't very convenient. For instance, you have to switch between letters and numbers even to move your character around and perform other actions.
Angband (Angdroid) is without a doubt one of the best roguelike games of all time. The only problem with this version is the clumsy interface, which other Android games like Nethack don't have.
